Introduction:

In this seminar you will learn the meaning and the power of "Intelligence in Action." For example, did you know that intelligence is directly related to self-esteem, long-term leadership success and a variety of management talents you've yet to uncover? Intelligence, however, used in this capacity, is NOT the same as a person's IQ. This is where "reframing" our perception of intelligence comes into play if we are to survive and thrive in the 21st Century.

Each of us possess many intelligences—all separate from our existing IQ. Besides the most commonly well-known intelligence, known as emotional intelligence, there's social intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, moral intelligence, bodily intelligence, and one of the most important for anyone working in a high performing organization—is Choice Intelligence, or CQ (Choice Quotient).

What kind of choices are you making on your organization's behalf? What kind of choices are your people making? And why? Are these choices holding you back or propelling you forward?

Never before have employers or their leaders been faced with so many choices. But the choices we make are a direct reflection of how we see ourselves, the realization of our greater purpose and how we appreciate and develop our competencies.

If creating higher performance in the organization is important to you, then understanding the power of our many intelligences is critical to your success and the success of your organization.

Who Should Attend? Anyone in organizational leadership, including Supervisors, Managers and Directors. Those interested in self-development or charged with the responsibility of developing others within the organization for higher productivity and greater performance when it comes to making better, wiser choices for business success and people success.

Objectives and Goals:

By developing the ability to sense and be more aware of our wide variety of human intelligences, leaders and potential leaders can catapult their organizations to higher learning and greater productivity and performance on a daily basis. Such information is also critical to hiring and retaining the best possible people for the job. By learning to reframe our intelligence, we learn to reframe a new and more powerful and effective way to work and achieve our goals and the goals of the organization. It is the key to longevity within the organization and greater success, as well.
